Context and the brief
For Fateh Education’s office fit-out at Patel Nagar, Delhi, IQUBX supplied and installed its WP03P partition system across approximately 2,000 sq. ft.
The project was completed in 2024, with Sachin Sachdev as the architect/interior designer and VYOM as the PMC. The installation used 12 mm HDHMR board panels and was supplied directly.
The institutional workspace required a partition solution capable of accommodating extensive electrical wiring and multiple power/data points, while also supporting future modifications without major civil work. Acoustic separation and a fast, clean installation were also key requirements.

The space required extensive electrical wiring and multiple power/data points. The partition system was designed to accommodate these services while allowing sockets and other points to be added or modified in the future by removing and repositioning the relevant panels, without major civil work.

With multiple rooms and work areas operating within the same environment, effective acoustic separation was an important requirement. The partition system needed to provide sound insulation while maintaining the functional requirements of the workspace.
